Responsibilities

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom

Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum with hands‑on activities and character‑based learning

Build relationships with families and colleagues

Communicate regularly with parents about milestones and achievements

Requirements

Passion for early childhood education

1 year of professional experience (preferred) or 6 months (required)

ECE‑related Associate Degree (preferred) or HS Diploma/GED (required)

Meets all applicable state licensing requirements

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
