Handle general civil litigation matters with a focus on medical negligence and general tort liability

Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, ordinances, court decisions, and legal opinions

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

Manage litigation responsibilities with increasing independence and ownership

2+ years of civil litigation experience

Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

Medical malpractice experience preferred but not required
