Role Description The Real Estate Closer is a full-time remote role responsible for coordinating and finalizing residential and commercial real estate transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing closing packages, verifying contractual terms, and ensuring all required documents, signatures, and funds are in place before closing. The role involves managing escrow instructions, liaising with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies, and resolving documentation or funding issues to keep closings on schedule. The Real Estate Closer will track transaction milestones, confirm title insurance requirements, and maintain accurate records and compliance with relevant regulations. This position requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple closings simultaneously in a fast-paced remote environment.
Qualifications Strong experience with closings, escrow procedures, and coordinating end-to-end real estate transactions.
Knowledge of contractual agreements and contract management, including reviewing and interpreting real estate contracts.
Understanding of title insurance, title commitments, and related documentation required for secure property transfers.
Familiarity with real estate industry practices, closing software, and document management systems.
Excellent organizational skills, accuracy in handling financial and legal documents, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies in a remote setting.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and follow compliance and regulatory requirements.
Previous experience in real estate closing, title, escrow, or a related field; relevant certification or training is beneficial.
