We are seeking an exceptional Contract Recruiter to join our team at Flux Resources! Participate in full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, screening resumes and assessing qualifications, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates for interviews, pipelining candidates for future opportunities, closing candidates that are selected.

Ensure consistent communications & top notch experience with all candidates to drive process, keep warm and maintain a pipeline for future opportunities.

Maintain data integrity within our applicant tracking system and other tools to ensure accurate reporting.

Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years experience in a recruiting role with a proven track record of top performance, preferably in a high volume recruiting role.

Data integrity - ability to work within a system and maintain data/process.
