Head of Marketing Management

Step into a pivotal marketing role where you'll bring a brand to life through standout experiences and targeted lifecycle campaigns. This is a direct hire opportunity to own experiential events and CRM-driven initiatives end-to-end, shaping how customers discover, engage with, and stay loyal to the brand. About the Role: As Experiential & Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of branded events and lifecycle programs that deepen customer engagement and drive retention. You'll design and optimise customer journeys across touchpoints, leveraging CRM and email marketing to deliver the right message at the right time. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you'll ensure every activation and campaign is on-brand, data-informed, and performance-focused.
Plan, execute, and optimise experiential events, from small-scale activations to large public programs, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
Develop and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns across email and CRM channels, from segmentation and journey mapping to deployment and optimisation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, tenants, and agency partners to coordinate event logistics, creative assets, and campaign deliverables.
Build and maintain customer journeys that support acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation objectives.
Analyse event and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and customer outcomes.
Oversee timelines, budgets, and workbacks across multiple concurrent projects using project management tools.
Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across experiential and digital lifecycle touchpoints.
Key Requirements: 5-7 years of marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of experiential events, CRM, or lifecycle marketing (ideally a blend of all three).
Proven track record planning and executing branded events, from intimate activations to large-scale public programming.
Hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and lifecycle campaign strategy.
Excellent project management skills, with a history of managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proficiency with Asana or comparable project management tools.
Experience launching or managing a customer loyalty program.
Background working with consumer-facing brands or destination/venue-based businesses.
Familiarity with event measurement frameworks and attribution models for experiential marketing.
Experience collaborating with creative, content, and data teams to refine messaging and targeting.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Additional training or certification in CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications) preferred.
Project management coursework or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, or similar) a plus.
