Estimator and Sales

Work with Plant Management and Sales Team to estimate job costs, prepare quotations and route jobs within the workshop.
Estimate job costs using customer bid specifications, detail drawings, historical data, and other information prepare accurate job cost analysis including:
Determine work scope, tools, and equipment requirements
Raw Material Costs
Freight Costs
Outside Service and Sub-Contractor Costs
Fabrication Man-hours
Inspection Man-hours
Assembly Man-hours

Prepare and send quote documents to customers
Enter quote data into GSS for tracking purposes
Program CNC Machines to optimize productivity and quality
Monitor performance of machine programs and evaluate opportunities to improve processes.
Track job performance and monitor for deviations from quoted times and costs.
Good mechanical background
Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel
