Litigation Attorney | 3-6 Years Experience
Our full‑service law firm specializes in insurance defense litigation and is seeking a seasoned Litigation Associate to join our team. The role involves handling all aspects of litigation from inception to trial, including trial, mediation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution methods. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation and must be admitted to the New York State Bar.

Our firm offers a permanent Litigation Attorney position with the unique opportunity to handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full scope of litigation‑related activities, including working with clients and developing case strategies.
