Production Worker
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join a growing advanced manufacturing team. This position supports the production of electronic components in a clean, quality-focused manufacturing environment. Paid training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
Operate and monitor production equipment
Load and unload materials and components
Perform visual quality inspections on finished products
Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documents
Use hand tools and basic measuring equipment
Assist with assembly, finishing, and packaging operations
Complete production paperwork accurately
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Support daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Comfortable working around manufacturing chemicals when required
Full-time hours
Stable Monday-Friday schedule
