We are currently hiring Production Support Associates to help drive efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will assist with material handling, prepare ingredients and materials for production, and support machine operators to ensure smooth daily operations.

Compensation

• Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Full-Time Opportunity
• $1.00/hour pay increase after 90 days

Schedule

Monday - Thursday

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM | $21.00/hour
• Night Shift: 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM | $23.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Prepare production materials by removing packaging and organizing ingredients
• Assist production line operators to maintain workflow and maximize output
• Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Perform general labor and production support duties as needed
• Help the team achieve daily production targets

Required Qualifications

• Ability to remain on your feet for up to 10 hours per shift
• Ability to frequently lift and move 50+ pounds throughout the workday
• Basic English reading and comprehension skills
• Basic math abilities, including addition and subtraction
• Strong attendance record and reliable work ethic
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor
• Experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment
• Food and beverage manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and GMP standards

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
