Operations Manager – Aerospace Manufacturer

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Operations Manager to lead our operations across multiple departments, including Bench, Facilities, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. The successful candidate will oversee the day‑to‑day operations, manage a team of 40–50 people, implement lean manufacturing processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Oversee daily operations of the engineering department, ensuring projects progress as planned and deadlines are met.

Lead and manage the Operations group of around 40–50 people.

Work closely with other departments to ensure all projects are aligned with company goals and objectives.

Oversee the assembly of structural and chemical components, ensuring all products meet strict quality standards.

Manage chemical handling and ensure adherence to all safety regulations.

Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Ensure all operations are compliant with industry regulations and standards.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is a plus.

Extensive knowledge of structural components and/or chemical manufacturing.

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and leading teams.

Experience with chemical handling and safety regulations.
