The Associate Sales Ops Advisor is an entry-level role within the Sales Operations team. This individual provides support to the Sales Ops team, assisting with quoting, order processing, and other administrative tasks necessary to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The Associate Sales Ops Advisor will work closely with Sales Ops Advisors to learn the internal processes and systems while developing foundational knowledge of the company's go-to-market strategy. This role is designed to provide the necessary training and experience to develop into a Sales Ops Advisor, with a focus on mastering operational tasks and providing support to team members.

Assist with quoting, order processing, and product information requests from customers.

Provide administrative support to Sales Ops Advisors, including tracking order status and handling basic customer inquiries.

Learn and apply the use of internal systems and tools to assist with order management and customer requirements.

Collaborate with Sales Ops Advisors and other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and support customer needs.

Support the onboarding and training of new hires by assisting with process documentation and task management.

Participate in internal training programs to develop the skills necessary for progression to the Sales Ops Advisor role.

Business, Finance or other related field or equivalent work experience within the IT industry is required.

A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

Shows a passion for learning new skills and processes to grow within the Inside Sales team.

Works collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and deliver quality results.

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
