The Opportunity As a Line Cook II, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our esteemed members and guests. Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed throughout the food preparation process.

Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and coordinate food production for various dining areas and special events.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.

Assist in inventory management, including monitoring and restocking supplies as needed.

Adhere to portion control and waste reduction measures to control food costs.

Operate kitchen equipment and utensils safely and efficiently.

Support the development of seasonal menus and contribute creative ideas to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications Standards High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school certification is a plus.

Proven experience as a Line Cook or equivalent culinary role in a high-end restaurant or country club setting.

Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and kitchen procedures.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-quality cuisine.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
