Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Machinery Technician to join our team in Hawthorne, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and repairing our industrial machinery, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various industrial machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
Conduct inspections to ensure machinery is operating at optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to improve machinery efficiency and reliability.
Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machinery or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Industrial Machinery Technician or similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
