Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a busy ER setting
Assess patients' conditions accurately and prioritize care based on severity
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately
Support patient and family education as appropriate
Maintain safety standards and ensure infection control practices are followed
Adapt to dynamic situations during emergency events and provide crisis support when needed
What You Need

Active Louisiana RN license (or appropriate state licensure)
Minimum 1-year ER nursing experience preferred
Valid ACLS, BLS, PALS, and CPI certifications
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Flexibility to accept on-call shifts and emergency assignments
