Proven experience recruiting or directly sourcing Financial Advisors or advisory teams

Demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates through cold outreach

High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential searches

AUM, book of business, and client segmentation (HNW/UHNW)

A financial advising firm is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support the firm’s continued growth by identifying, engaging, and attracting top‑tier financial advisor talent. This individual will play a critical role in sourcing advisors who service high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients and who align with their fiduciary, client‑first philosophy.

This role requires deep knowledge of the wealth management landscape, strong relationship‑building skills, and a proactive approach to engaging passive candidates within the private wealth space.

Lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts focused on Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors, and advisory teams

Proactively source and build pipelines of candidates

Conduct targeted outreach to engage high‑performing advisors and teams

Develop and maintain relationships with advisors servicing HNW and UHNW client segments

Partner with leadership to understand growth strategy, target markets, and ideal advisor profiles

Manage confidential searches and ensure a high‑touch, white‑glove candidate experience

Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics
