Registered Nurse - Cardiac Care ICU

Seeking a skilled CVICU Registered Nurse to provide advanced cardiac care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position requires expertise in post-open heart surgery recovery, managing hemodynamic support, and working collaboratively within the ICU team.
Provide post-open heart surgery recovery care, including IABP & Impella management.
- Assist with patient assessments, documentation, and shift handoffs to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Float across ICU, IMC, and other units to support staffing needs as required.
Valid New Jersey or Compact State nursing license.
- Strong clinical skills in CVICU patient care and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Ability to adapt to floating assignments across multiple units.
