Head of Programme Management

Position Title: Project Manager/ Scrum Master Location: Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master/ Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating multiple Agile teams within a value stream, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across multiple teams.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) for multiple global teams.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.
Coordinate and manage the Agile Release Train events, including PI Planning, ART Sync, and System Demos.
Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of value.
Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
Drive the adoption and implementation of SAFe practices across the organization.
Proven experience in managing multiple Agile teams within a value stream.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe framework.
Ability to work independently, lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar role within a large-scale Agile transformation.
Background in technical - Hardware/ Firmware project management.
Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and others.

Pay Range The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 83400.00-155000.00
