Gulisek Construction has been building Western Pennsylvania's bridges, highways, and concrete infrastructure since 1965. We're part of the PJ Dick-Trumbull-Lindy Group - family-owned, consistently ranked a Top 100 Builder by Engineering News‑Record, and voted one of Pittsburgh's Best Places to Work multiple times. We're looking for a Chief Estimator who's done this at a high level and is ready for a seat at the table.
You'll lead full estimates on complex heavy civil projects - drainage, excavation, concrete, and bridge work - while mentoring your team, driving alternative delivery pursuits, and carrying real profit/loss responsibility. 10+ years of heavy civil/highway estimating experience
Top‑notch estimating skills across drainage, excavation, concrete, and bridge projects
4-year engineering degree or a combination of technical training and/or related experience
