Qualifications

Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.

A motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.

Provide detailed information about new and used vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing.

Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.

Conduct test drives and demonstrate the performance and features of various Chevrolet models.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience.

Achieve individual and team sales goals while providing excellent customer service.

Stay up-to-date on the latest Chevrolet models, promotions, and industry trends.

Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
