Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care and clinical support in a healthcare setting. This role includes administering immunizations, triaging patients, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery in accordance with nursing standards and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Administer immunizations to patients following established protocols.

Triage patients by assessing conditions and prioritizing care needs.

Document patient care accurately in medical records.

Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.

Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.

Support clinical operations by collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent education.

Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.

Excellent communication and patient care abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in primary care or outpatient settings.

Training in emergency response and triage.

Certifications (if applicable)

Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Preferred.
