Pay Rate: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM, Mon - Fri Built for the Ones Who Still Measure Twice.

Proven experience operating Haas CNC mills

Experience machining close-tolerance aerospace components

Experience with precision inspection and measurement tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Haas CNC milling machines, including 5-axis equipment

Machine complex aerospace parts to tight tolerances and exact specifications

Verify part quality using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMMs, etc.)

Maintain consistent quality and documentation in accordance with aerospace standards

Identify and resolve machining issues to optimize cycle time and part quality

Follow all safety, quality, and shop procedures
