The Must-Haves Before You Clock In
- Proven experience operating Haas CNC mills
- Hands-on experience with 5-axis milling
- Experience machining close-tolerance aerospace components
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T
- Ability to hold tight tolerances consistently
- Experience with precision inspection and measurement tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

The Day to Day
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Haas CNC milling machines, including 5-axis equipment
- Machine complex aerospace parts to tight tolerances and exact specifications
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings, GD&T, and work instructions
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic program edits as needed
- Verify part quality using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMMs, etc.)
- Maintain consistent quality and documentation in accordance with aerospace standards
- Identify and resolve machining issues to optimize cycle time and part quality
- Follow all safety, quality, and shop procedures
