Per Diem Infusion Nurse

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support our Specialty Infusion patients in Hyannis, MA. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care!

The Ambulatory Infusion Center (AIC) Nurse will provide primary patient care for specifically assigned patients to include assessments, care planning, evaluation and education of patients receiving infusion therapy and/or other nursing services in accordance with the care matrices and best practices in the home or alternate site setting. Responsible for providing direct patient care administering IVIG, biologics and other infusible or injectables as ordered.

Completing comprehensive nursing assessments

Efficient and timely submission of clinical records

Ability to travel to other location(s) on occasion

Provide clear communication and collaboration to optimize patient care and clinic operations

Participates in performance improvement activities for the enhancement of care delivery offering suggestions and assistance towards the continuous quality improvement of patient care.

Adheres to standards of safety and infection control, in the delivery of patient care

Cleaning and disinfecting of all patient care areas in AIC

Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of and complies with all policies and procedures related to the performance of job duties

Per Diem, 8 hours per month, AIC is open Monday to Wednesday, 8am - 5pm

No weekends or holidays!!

Current RN Licensure by the applicable state's Board of Nursing, in good standing

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred.

Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy

Current nursing license for applicable home state

Administrative Oversight: Responsible for providing administrative oversight, including monitoring of workflows, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing resources efficiently to meet organizational objectives.

Emergency Availability: Must be available to respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of issues to minimize impact on operations. Availability during non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the nature of the emergency.

Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
