Manager, Inside Sales

We are hiring a dynamic and self-starter Inside Sales Team Manager to lead our Central Inside Sales Ruckus Team. Working closely with the RUCKUS Inside Sales Account Managers to identify goals that will grow RUCKUS's business and position RUCKUS's solutions for new business to end users through our Ecosystem of partners including Channel Distributors, Installation Business Partners, Consultants, Engineers, and Integrators through telephone sales and scheduled in-field visits.

Take charge of building and leading a dynamic inside sales team of 10+, intentionally encouraging individuals for progression into field or corporate roles. A completed bachelor's degree with significant and validated experience in building and maintaining outstanding inside sales or other high-performance teams - you are probably a coach or mentor in your free time.

Proven success in using CRMs to drive sales and efficiency.

B2B outward-bound sales environment experience.

Strong background in building relationships with account management and other sales teams.

Consistent record in the use of Microsoft Office, to deliver professional-client communications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and internet/phone presentations.

Sales experience in a global organization that has experienced exceptional growth.
