Senior Civil Engineering

Senior Civil Engineer Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of land development projects from concept through construction.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Oversee technical civil design tasks including hydrologic calculations, earthwork, and mapping documents.
Mentor junior engineering staff and coordinate interdisciplinary project efforts.
Interact with clients to understand project requirements and foster ongoing relationships.

Senior Civil Engineer Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required; California registration preferred.
At least 12 years of relevant land development experience.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D;
