We're looking for a GTM Recruiter to help build the team behind Broccoli's next phase of growth. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles - AEs, CSMs and Marketers - working closely with founders on both the who and the why behind every hire.
Recruiting is one of the most important functions at Broccoli. We're building AI systems that operate in the real world, and the quality of our team directly determines whether this works.
Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across levels - from sales, customer success, to marketing and operations - done the Broccoli way.
And you'll experiment with new sourcing strategies, referrals, outbound, and creative approaches to reach great candidates.
Collaborate with founders on the strategic side of recruiting: quality of hire, bar-raising, and building teams that scale, not just filling seats.
5+ years of GTM recruiting experience, with a strong track record of shipping great hires.
- You enjoy bringing creativity into recruiting - trying new things, iterating fast, and doing things differently.
