Schedule: Friday, Saturdays & Sundays

If you’re looking for meaningful weekend work where you can truly make a difference, this is it. In this role, you’ll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting, helping them build independence, feel supported, and live fulfilling lives.

Support residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and medication assistance
Provide encouragement, emotional support, and companionship
Assist with community outings and recreational activities
Help build life skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care
Document care and communicate effectively with the team
Work alongside families and providers to follow individualized care plans

High school diploma or GED
CPR/First Aid & Medication Certification (training provided)

Weekend Openings
Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Our first program supports at-risk youth aging out of foster care and juvenile corrections in making the transition to adulthood. In 2013 Mana began offering mental health treatment and programs to these youth as well as to community members, furthering our commitment to promoting independence. In 2018 we expanded our services further adding Residential Habilitation (supported living) services aimed at supporting these clients with living as independently as possible in the community and their homes.
