Material Handling Coordinator – 2nd Shift (Training on All Shifts Required)
Pay: $25.58/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM), Monday–Friday
Location: On-site
Training Requirement: Must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift during training.
Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials and inventory.
Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
Operate forklifts and safely move materials (including heavy lifting).
Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
Support production by stocking materials and preparing kits.
Troubleshoot inventory and order issues to maintain workflow.
Work across multiple operations and departments as needed.
Follow GMP, ISO 9001, and company quality standards.
Assist with inventory audits and process improvements.
Collaborate with team members and internal customers.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of material handling, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or related experience.
Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems preferred.
Basic computer skills (Word & Excel).
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Basic math skills.
Knowledge of GMP and ISO 9001 preferred.
Forklift experience/certification is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment.
