As the Vice President, Investor Relations, you will be responsible for driving a proactive program of investor relations activities targeting the financial communities globally to achieve a fair valuation. Such activities include, but are not limited to, developing the Company’s relationships with sell-side and buy-side investment analysts and investors, educating the financial markets, and securing external coverage for the Company.

Serve as one of the primary company spokesperson at investment conferences, panels, group settings and individual meetings in order to establish and maintain effective working relationships with sell-side analysts, buy-side analysts, portfolio managers, and retail investors.

Oversee quarterly earnings calls (including monitoring consensus models/estimates, high level messaging, script writing/editing, earnings release, potential Q&A, etc.).

Collaborate with appropriate constituents to better learn the business in order to create the company’s external value-driver based investment messages and ensuring that all company communications are integrated, clear and consistent.

Schedule, prepare, and participate in sell-side conferences, non-deal roadshows (US, Canada, Europe), in-house meetings, and analyst days.

Help prepare for and participate in ESG focused investor calls, Annual Shareholder Meeting, and other one-off projects.

Corporate liaison to European Segment and part of international expansion team with a goal of helping identify and evaluate future market expansion opportunities and appropriate structures.

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred

CFA or CPA required

Good communication skills, strategic thinker, results oriented

Prior experience in Sell-side and Buy-side Investor Relations
