EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (REMOTE/FLEXIBLE)
Growing entrepreneur seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support multiple businesses and property operations.
The role includes administration, basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks or similar), property management support, and helping to organize and grow new business ventures.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks independently.
Work remotely from home
Flexible hours to suit both parties
Starting at approximately 10 flexible hours per week, with significant potential to expand for the right person
Previous Executive Assistant experience essential
Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software preferred
Hourly rate $40-$55/hr based on experience
Experience Level: 5+ years of experience required
