Employee Relations - Investigations

I’m currently partnering with a Milwaukee-area organization to support hiring two Employee Relations Investigators on a contract basis. These roles are open due to a retirement and a leave of absence, creating an immediate need for experienced support. There is potential for someone to be hired on with this desirable employer.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who can step in quickly and manage employee relations investigations in a high-volume environment.

Conduct investigations related to employee conduct, performance, and policy violations

Prepare clear, well-structured investigative reports with findings and recommendations

Partner with HR and leadership to ensure consistent and fair outcomes

Experience conducting employee relations or workplace investigations

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism

Strong documentation and report writing skills

Background in HR, compliance, legal, or related field

Milwaukee area (hybrid flexibility) - At least 50% remote
