???? The Director of Operations, under the guidance of the SVP of Operations , will be responsible for continuous operational improvement across business and clinical operations.

Corporate Office in Northbrook, IL

Schedule: Full-time, including weekends when needed

Under the guidance of the SVP of Operations, you will on continuous operational improvement across business and clinical operations.

Define and track KPIs performance, patient experience, and business team productivity

Implement performance dashboards, SOPs, and standardized workflows

Collaborating with HR, Compliance, Training, and Regional Clinical Leads to ensure aligned operations

Drive staff performance management, retention strategies, and operational consistency

Proactively identify and address risks or inefficiencies across markets

7+ years in multi-site healthcare operations (ambulatory, urgent care, or outpatient preferred )

• Strong command of compliance, risk mitigation, and field team leadership
• Operational mindset with comfort in data, dashboards, and scaling processes
