We are currently in search of a Director of Development for a nonprofit community services organization supporting youth, adults, and families. This is a full-time , permanent senior leadership opportunity based onsite in Sonoma County, California .

Director of Development
Permanent - Direct Hire
The Director of Development is a dynamic and experienced leader responsible for advancing the organization's fundraising growth, donor engagement, and community impact. As a member of the senior leadership team, this strategic, innovative Director will build upon an established fundraising foundation while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth and long-term organizational success.
Strong experience with donor databases, CRM systems, fundraising analytics, and reporting
• Experience working with youth-serving, trauma-informed, or community-based organizations is desirable
Serve as a member of the senior leadership team, contributing to organizational strategy, planning, and performance

Contribute to long-term strategy, including revenue diversification, community impact, and sustainability
Direct supervision of the CRM function
