JOB TYPE: Full-time

Lead clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and shape ABA care across Maryland.

$95,000-$140,000 + up to $40K retention + $10K sign-on or relocation bonus + performance bonus

8 - 10 enrolled children typically
Area Clinical Leaders in your center every week, not on a virtual call
Structured consultation and high-level clinical access when you need it
Monthly CEUs, national conference, academic partnerships
Schedule : Monday through Friday
20 days PTO plus 7 paid holidays. CEU days, conferences, company events, and training don't count toward that number. Caseload is typically capped at 8-10 enrolled children. 6 weeks of structured onboarding and ongoing training for new BCBAs
