Full-Time School BCBA

Our Youth in Transition (YIT) School serves students with intellectual, emotional, and behavioral disabilities through compassionate, student-centered educational and behavioral supports that promote growth, stability, and success.

We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Special Education team. As a BCBA at NCIA, you will partner closely with educators, related service providers, and behavioral support staff to create safe, structured, and supportive learning environments where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Collaborate with special education teachers, school leadership, related service providers, and academic support staff

Participate in IEP meetings, problem-solving discussions, and data reviews

Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions using evidence-based practices

Provide staff coaching and training on positive behavior supports, de-escalation techniques, and data collection

Monitor implementation fidelity and student progress across educational settings

Current BCBA certification in good standing

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field

This is a full-time, salaried, 12-month position within NCIA's Youth in Transition School, reporting to the Executive Director of Education.
