We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Pittsburgh team . In this role, you'll play a key part in driving regional growth through high-volume outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting . The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting. You'll be the first point of contact for many prospective clients — introducing them to Jani-King's services, asking discovery questions to understand their facility needs, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the outside sales team for in-person follow-up.

High-Volume Outreach: Drive outbound sales activity by making 100+ calls per day to targeted businesses across the Pittsburgh region.

• Establish credibility on the phone, document key information, identify fit, and secure qualified, high-value appointments for the outside sales team.
• Lead Follow-Up: Actively follow up with warm leads from inbound inquiries, marketing campaigns, networking events, and prior calls.
• CRM Management: Maintain complete and accurate records of all outreach, conversations, and next steps in our CRM system.
• Partner with Field Sales: Work in lockstep with the outside sales team to align on territory strategies and share lead intelligence.
• Professional Brand Voice: Results Tracking: Monitor activity against daily, weekly, and monthly goals, using performance data to refine prospecting approaches.

Prior telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling experience required

• Documented success hitting activity and appointment goals
• Excellent phone presence and rapport-building skills
• Strong organization, note-taking, and follow-through
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• 22 – $25/hour base + commission + performance bonuses

You'll work on-site in a professional office setting that emphasizes collaboration, performance, and team engagement. The majority of your day will be dedicated to phone-based outreach and CRM work, and you'll also participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.
