Safely handle and transport luggage, baggage, and packages.
Provide detailed information about room types, amenities, and hotel facilities to guests and addresses guest inquiries.
Offer information about the hotel and local attractions, including travel directions; promoting hotel facilities, food and beverage outlets, and recreational programs.
Transport guests safely to and from property areas.
Build positive relationships with all hotel departments, Front Desk, Valet Parking, Concierge, and Housekeeping.
Ensure cleanliness and proper condition of all equipment and work areas, coordinating with Housekeeping for major cleaning tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
