Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehab

Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing quality nursing care in a rehabilitation facility.

Key Responsibilities

Follow physician's orders, regulations, and facility policies to ensure high-quality patient care.

Administer medications via oral, subcutaneous, intramuscular, or intravenous routes.

Supervise and guide nursing assistants and staff members.

Assist physicians during rounds, examinations, and treatments, maintaining patient comfort and safety.

Perform scheduled treatments, document appropriately, and adhere to infection control standards.

Support research efforts related to nursing care quality and manage patient records and assessments.

Coordinate new patient admissions, physical examinations, and scheduling with physicians.

Qualifications & Skills

Licensed Registered Nurse from an accredited nursing school with current North Carolina license.

CPR certification, with commitment to ongoing training and staff meetings.

Strong supervisory skills, dependability, flexibility, and excellent communication abilities.

Ability to make informed decisions regarding patient care, demonstrating patience, tact, and understanding.
