Head of Programme Management

Overview Manager I, GBD Special Programs LTSS (Registered Nurse/Licensed Clinical Social Worker). field-based role with face-to-face interactions in hospitals, clinics, and members’ homes. Service area includes Bartholomew, Decatur, Dearborn, Lawrence, Jefferson, Ripley, Jennings, Floyd, Scott, Brown, Ohio, Switzerland, Harrison counties. Alternate locations may be considered if within commuting distance from an office. Hybrid/virtual work policy applies.
Responsibilities Support development, implementation, and coordination of a comprehensive health care program for Indiana members, including physical health, behavioral health, and social services for older adults, LTSS populations, and HCBS coordination.
Manage resource utilization to ensure appropriate delivery of care and adequate coverage for all tasks and responsibilities.
Develop and conduct training programs for staff involved in the program.
Extract and manipulate analytical data to present findings to relevant markets and stakeholders.
Hire, train, coaches, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports.
Minimum Requirements Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, including at least 1 year of leadership/management experience; Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences Service delivery coordination, discharge planning, or behavioral health experience in a managed care setting preferred.
Case Management experience is highly preferred.
Previous experience in long term services and supports or care of older adults is highly preferred.
