Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital Plano is seeking an experienced echocardiographer to serve as Echo Lab Director. Lead advanced structural and interventional echocardiography program at a top cardiovascular center
Provide strategic leadership for Echo Lab, collaborating with sonographers, physicians, and staff
Partner with System Imaging, structural heart, and surgical leadership to drive growth initiatives
Ensure high-quality imaging to support structural heart interventions (TAVR, TMVR, TEER, TTVR, LAA closure, PVL closure)
Oversee education for fellows, sonographers, and multidisciplinary teams
Engage in clinical research and device trials
Maintain operational efficiency, quality assurance, and accreditation compliance
