Get Set ABA is hiring experiencedand passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing clinical team inand around Baltimore County, Maryland .

BCBA Responsibilities:

VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans

Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and support their ongoing development

Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to behavior plans

Maintain all documentation, data collection, and ethical compliance per BACB and payer standards

Participate in and initiate outreach opportunities

Full-time: 30–40 hours/week

Part-time: Flexible caseload options available

Shifts: Daytime, after school, or hybrid scheduling based on client needs and your availability

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Experience developing ABA programs and supervising RBTs

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
