Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Packers to join a growing manufacturing team in Kings Mountain, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment while ensuring products are packaged accurately and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Pack finished products according to company specifications and quality standards
Inspect products for defects before packaging
Sort and prepare products for shipment
Maintain accurate production counts and documentation
Ensure products are packaged safely to prevent damage during shipping
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Perform additional production duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Ability to stand and work for 12-hour shifts
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work with Steeled toed shoes
Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or production experience preferred, but not required
Experience meeting production quotas and quality standards
High school diploma or GED preferred
