Head of Technical Programme Management

As a Director, Technical Program Manager, you will lead technical program management for a team, overseeing technical strategy, roadmap, and delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and ensure successful program execution. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute technical program strategies and roadmaps to drive business outcomes.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical programs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical requirements and solutions.

Develop and manage technical program budgets, resource plans, and schedules.

Identify and mitigate technical program risks, ensuring successful delivery and minimal impact on business operations.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a strong background in software development and technical leadership.

Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Strong technical expertise in areas such as software development, cloud computing, and data analytics.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
