Manager, Global Onboarding ProgramThis role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. The role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Business Leaders, IT, Facilities, Learning & Development, and Executive Leadership to create world-class onboarding experiences for all employee populations, including executive hires.

Global Onboarding Strategy & Program Management

Establish scalable onboarding processes, tools, policies, and success measures across regions.

Create structured onboarding journeys and milestones to support employee success during the first 30, 60, and 90 days.

Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Facilities, Security, Payroll, and business leaders to ensure seamless onboarding delivery.

Utilize employee feedback, survey insights, and operational data to enhance onboarding effectiveness and employee outcomes.

Experience in team management

Demonstrated personal leadership skills. Strong influencer, collaborator, and communicator.

Good project management and process development skills.

Good budget management and accounting skills.

Strong knowledge of talent management practices regionally.
