Catia NC 5 years axis programming, holding fixture designing, and CNC operation experience

NC Programmer/Manufacturing Engineer with advanced machining and process optimization experience.

Supported by vendor's broader NC programming and engineering team for escalation and strategic input as required.

Optimized NC programs for targeted machining operations.
New product planning and process implementation
Documented efficiency and cost-reduction recommendations with implementation roadmap.
Weekly status reports summarizing activities, observations, and recommendations.
Final closeout report summarizing overall impact and improvement opportunities.
Provide qualified technical personnel.
Deliver programming and process improvement expertise.
Deliver completed and efficient CNC programs for defined CNC machines.
Maintain communication and provide regular reporting.
Ensure adherence to McCauley safety, quality, and site protocols.
Provide capable computing hardware and CAD software to perform engineering tasks.
