Receptionist (Temp Contractor)

We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. Manage multi-line phone system, directing calls professionally and efficiently

Maintain front office appearance and professional environment

Assist various departments with administrative tasks and special projects

Organize and maintain office supplies inventory

Provide administrative backup for other team members as needed

Previous reception or customer service experience in a professional environment

Professional phone manner with clear articulation and positive tone

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Experience with office equipment and modern phone systems
