As our electrical division continues to grow , we are seeking a strong field leader to drive performance, quality, and accountability on our job sites.

We are looking for a Licensed Electrical Superintendent with strong commercial construction experience to oversee field operations and lead crews on active job sites. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of electrical work while maintaining strong relationships with General Contractors and project teams.

You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance with code and safety standards .

Leadership role with opportunity to help build and grow the electrical division

Oversee and manage daily field operations for commercial electrical projects

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents

Perform and verify material take-offs and assist with procurement planning

Ensure all work meets NEC code requirements and project specifications

Coordinate directly with General Contractors, project managers, and other trades

Attend and actively participate in job site meetings

Organize, schedule, and line out field crews for daily production

Monitor productivity, manpower, and job progress to meet project timelines

Enforce job site safety standards and company policies

Mentor and develop electricians and apprentices in the field

Active Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License (Required)

Proven experience in commercial electrical construction

Ability to read plans and perform material take-offs

Experience with large-scale commercial, municipal, or school projects

Experience building or scaling a field team

Someone who communicates clearly with both field teams and project stakeholders
