Head of Operations & Business Management

Job Description This is a leadership role for someone who wants to help grow and scale a high-performing firm.
We are not looking for someone to “manage tasks.”
We are looking for someone to own operations, drive execution, and help elevate a firm that is already performing at a high level. ABOUT OUR FIRM We are a Plaintiff’s personal injury trial law firm built on precision and excellence.
We handle high-stakes personal injury and wrongful death cases, and our team operates with a high level of accountability, urgency, and attention to detail.
This role is designed for someone who wants to step into a strong foundation and help build the next level of the firm. You will work directly with the Managing Partner to:
This is an opportunity to lead, build, and create momentum across the business.

Overseeing day-to-day operations across attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and legal assistants;
Managing case flow from intake through disbursement and ensuring consistent forward movement;
Overseeing marketing performance, including website, SEO, and vendor management;
Tracking key performance metrics and providing regular reporting to leadership;
Supporting financial visibility and working alongside outside accounting, bookeeping and CFO;
Building and refining systems, workflows, and automation;
Monitoring team performance and supporting accountability and growth;
Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members

You will help ensure:
Leadership has visibility into performance without needing to chase updates
Can manage people and workflows effectively;
You bring structure, clarity, and momentum to everything you’re involved in.

Prior operations, management, or leadership experience required;
Experience managing people, workflows, or teams strongly preferred;
Legal industry experience is a plus, but not required

Bonus: Significant performance-based bonus tied to efficiency, execution, and overall firm performance
Employment Type: Full-Time, W2
