Responsibilities Of The Human Resources Specialist Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Support employee relations by addressing questions, concerns, and resolving conflicts
Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training and professional development programs
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics
Preferred Qualifications For The Human Resources Specialist Proven experience in an HR role preferred
