HR Generalist/Employee Relations/Payroll

The Bolton Group

An expanding manufacturing company is looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to partner closely with leaders and team members. This role plays a key part in executing core HR functions while fostering a productive and people-centered workplace.

Assist in administering HR programs such as talent acquisition, benefits, learning & development, performance management, and employee relations

Contribute to labor relations efforts , including grievance handling and supporting union agreements

Promote and enhance employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives

Participate in employee issue resolution , including investigations and policy guidance

Provide support for compensation-related activities and ensure regulatory compliance

Maintain HR systems and help identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline

At least 3 years of experience in HR (manufacturing and/or union exposure preferred)

Familiarity with HRIS and payroll platforms
